- Contact and account details: name, email address, company name and the name of your Instagram account.
- Data required to perform the service, such as the access to your Instagram account you provide during onboarding.
- Billing and payment details, processed through our payment provider.
- Information about your audience and niche that you share with us for targeting.
3. What we use it for
We process this data to perform the service (legal basis: performance of the contract), to invoice (legal obligation) and to keep you informed about your subscription (legitimate interest). We do not sell data to third parties and do not use it for advertising.
4. Statistics without cookies
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics: anonymized visitor statistics without cookies and without tracking individual visitors. That is why you will not see a cookie banner on this site.
5. Who we share data with
- Our payment provider, for processing payments.
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare), for serving this website.
- Beyond that, only when the law requires us to.
6. How long we keep data
We keep account details for as long as you are a client and for 12 months afterwards. We keep billing records for 7 years, as required by the Dutch tax authorities. We delete the access credentials for your Instagram account immediately after your subscription ends.
7. Security
Access credentials are stored encrypted and are only accessible to staff who need them to perform the service. The connection to this website is encrypted (https).
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and transfer your data, and you can object to processing. Email info@mylikes.nl; we respond within 30 days. You can file complaints with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
