1. Who we are

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every subscription and every quote from Mylikes. By taking out a subscription you agree to these terms. Deviations only apply if they have been agreed in writing.

3. The service

Mylikes runs daily interactions with the audience of your Instagram account: viewing stories, liking posts and following accounts. We map your audience and adjust the targeting periodically. The work is carried out from physical phones in our own infrastructure.

Mylikes provides a best-efforts commitment, not a guaranteed result. Numbers mentioned on the website are averages across our client base, not a guarantee for an individual account. Results vary by niche, content quality and starting position.

4. What we need from you

• Access to the Instagram account we manage for you, following the instructions during onboarding.
• An account that complies with Instagram’s terms and does not infringe the rights of third parties.
• Up-to-date information about your audience and any changes relevant to the service.

You remain responsible for the content you post and for the use of your account outside our service.

5. Subscription, term and cancellation

Subscriptions run per month or per quarter and are automatically renewed for the same period. You can cancel up to the end of the current period, with no notice period and no fees. Cancel via info@mylikes.nl or through your account environment.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment is made in advance per subscription period through the available payment methods. If payment is not received, we may suspend the service after notifying you.

7. Liability

Mylikes is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event. Instagram is a third-party platform; changes to that platform are beyond our control.

8. Privacy

How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms. In the event of material changes, we will inform you by email before the change takes effect. If you do not agree with a change, you can cancel as of the end of the current period.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of our registered office.
